Vendor Sponsorship

Dear Friends, We’d like to invite you to participate in the 7th Annual CUNY Accessibility Conference on May 6th, 2016. Each year, the conference brings together the decision-makers and important figures in accessibility, including the deans and program directors from various CUNY campuses and from other colleges and universities throughout the United States. The person-to-person interaction available to sponsors of our conference is invaluable, especially considering that it puts companies in direct contact with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for your business, and it is an opportunity that we are happy to extend to you. There will be special vendor session from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. Please consider purchasing a sponsorship at one of the following levels: Gold Sponsorship Package: $650 – This includes promotion on CATS website and on the CATS Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as a full-page ad in our conference journal access to the attendees contact list. Gold-level sponsors will have a full table reserved at the vendor session. Silver Sponsorship Package: $550 – This includes promotion on CATS website and on the CATS Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as a half-page ad in our conference journal. Silver-level sponsors will have a half-table reserved at the vendor session. Bronze Sponsorship Package: $450 – This includes promotion on CATS website and on the CATS Facebook and Twitter pages, as well as a quarter-page ad in our conference journal. Attendance is optional but encouraged. You are also welcome to sponsor food services for the event, with a minimum contribution of $150.
